About Us
The idea of ME clothing and apparel was born way back when co-owner Matt Bielski was out skating back in 1996. He needed a sponsor and came up with his own titled "ME." After one initial design, still in production titled "Original," ME faded until 2006. At this point in time Ryan Wuich, the other co-owner, who had been childhood friends with Matt since the age of 11 saw the potential Matt had in his original idea. Together, with the help of lead designer Brian Kayser, founder of FacetDesignStudio.com, ME clothing and apparel finally had liftoff in the Winter of 2006.
Matt has been snowboarding and skating since the young age of 12 years old, and has never looked back. Being one of the better amateurs in the Chicago area, Matt has helped build these sports into some of the fastest growing over the past 10 years. ME Snow & Skate Inc. stands for the unification of all those who love individual sports. When it comes to snow, skate, and wake, It’s all about ME. ME will continue to grow, with the help of all those who love individual sports and individuality. We hope this leads to a much larger team of individuals all dedicated to the love of competition and outdoor sports.

Shipping Info.
To find out what the shipping rate is for a particular item, simply put the item in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Buy button. Rates are based on weight. Please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are just that, estimates. Because actual delivery times are subject to various factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, MeSnowSkate cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. IMPORTANT: IN CALCULATING DELIVERY DATES, UPS EXCLUDES THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, WEEKENDS AND CERTAIN SHIPPING HOLIDAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, ABSENT A SHIPPING HOLIDAY OR ANY ORDER IRREGULARITY REQUIRING INVESTIGATION, A 3-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON MONDAY AND SHIPPED ON TUESDAY WILL ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. SIMILARLY, A 2-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON THURSDAY AND SHIPPED ON FRIDAY WILL ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.
Store Policy
Ordering can be done 24 hours a day 7 days a week online using our secured online transaction processing. We accept Checks, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. If payment is by check, your order will not be processed until your check clears.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return it or exchange it within 10 days of delivery. Final judgment of the item condition is at the sole discretion of ME Snow & Skate. Any products returned to us that are found to be damaged, used, dirty, or in bad condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. After 10 days items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days. Any items sold online with free shipping will be returned at the customer's expense. All clearance sale items are FINAL sales. Before returning anything, the customer must contact us!
United States Orders
We strive to ship your order within 1 business day after receiving and verifying your order and payment information. Generally, this means your order is packed and shipped to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) after we receive your order. Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the Checkout Process or any ther irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during our on-line Checkout process before submitting your order. International Orders (CANADA Included)
Due to the complications that arise with shipping, duties, and taxes, when shopping and returning products internationally, all orders that are exported from the US will be FINAL SALES ONLY. NO RETURNS.

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Wait for our confirmation e-mail to you. Once we receive the package, we will make sure everything is there and e-mail you a confirmation. Don't forget to write down your tracking number and keep your shipping receipt! That information might be helpful if there are problems with your shipment back to us.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund, you must include a copy of your original invoice. If you are returning your purchase without a copy of it's invoice you will only be entitled to an exchange.
Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error made by ME Snow & Skate, Inc.
Shipping Damage
Any product received that has been damaged during shipping must be reported to us immediately.
Call to notify us of the damage. We will contact the shipping carrier and have the shipment picked up.
Please leave the package in the condition you received it in. You must retain the original box.
All claims are processed through the carrier.
Sales Taxes
ME Snow & Skate, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within Illinois. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against MeSnowSkate.com shall be governed by the laws of
the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction
and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MeSnowSkate.com sites
shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in McHenry County Illinois.
